A strong résumé can help land you an interview but it will never get you the job. That's up to you!  The interview is your opportunity to showcase your skills and accomplishments. It's also a great time to make sure there is a good fit between you and the employer. 

I can help you develop interview strategies, conduct practice or mock interview sessions and advise on interview follow-up. Interviews can cause worry and anxiety. Preparation and readiness can help alleviate that stress!

I am a career generalist who enjoys working with all types of clients. Based on my 20 years in higher education, I love working with students and new professionals. Fees vary based on complexity of project and will be determined after initial consultation. Proposed cost of services includes actual project work and consultations. 

A custom package and project fee will be determined after consultation.    

Initial consultations are a great way to see if you could benefit from résumé writing or career advising services. Initial consultations are complimentary and scheduled for 30 minutes. During our introductory call, we will talk about your plans and  goals. 

After the initial consultation, I will draft a project proposal specifying scope of services, project fee and timeline. There are no hidden costs or surprises! 

 Note: Full terms are outlined in each client project proposal.

• A client agreement form agreeing to scope of services, cost and terms must be signed and returned to Oliva Career Consulting, LLC along with full payment in order to initiate services. 
• Client may cancel service at any time during the project. However, no refunds are permitted.
• Client agrees to assume responsibility for the accuracy of all information and proofreading on final document.
• Client agrees to assume responsibility for all personal actions and outcomes that result from services provided by Oliva Career Consulting, LLC. 
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Cash, checks and credit card are accepted as payment. Credit cards are processed via PayPal.
• Oliva Career Consulting, LLC reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time for any reason.  
• A project timeline will be determined with client and communicated via email.
• Project completion for résumé writing is typically 10 – 15 days of the start date of project and dependent upon client providing requested feedback during project.
• Failure to respond may result in delayed timeline or project termination and loss of deposit. 
• Consultations are delivered via phone, email and/or virtually.
